The Thürlings Linerpac 85M bag opening and closing machine opens, presents for filling and finally closes premade block bottom bags.
The machine unstacks the bags from a magazine and places the bag in a intermittent linear running chain. At the filling position two half shells are inserted into the top of the bag and thus holds the bag in an ideal position for filling. The insertion of the two side gussets is effected by six fingers. The sealing at this position or alternatively a roll-wrap seal at the next station perform at the final closing of the bag.
The machine is distinguished by its robust, fully enclosed construction and the easy and quick size change. The setting of the three levels of the bag are done by hand wheels with scales to make it user friendly and easily reproduced for the operating personal.
